Very nice and clean place with a nice view! The host, Victoria, amazing and was very helpful with different recommendations regarding the restaurants, the place to visit etc. The possibility to use private sauna and little pool was highly appreciated!

This is not just a place to sleep — it’s a real home with soul and history. The owner, Nini, is incredibly warm and attentive. From the very first moment, you feel genuine hospitality and care — she doesn’t just host guests, she welcomes them into her personal story. One of the most unique and memorable parts of our stay was the basement — a real archaeological treasure! Ancient arches, fragments of old walls, and artifacts discovered right under the building make your stay feel like a small journey through time. Nini shares the history of these discoveries with so much love and respect that you truly begin to feel the spirit of the Old City. The rooms are clean, cozy, and full of character, with great attention to detail. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the location is perfect, and it’s just a short walk from all the main attractions — Eva Pavarotti is an ideal place for anyone who wants to experience the real Tbilisi. Huge thanks to Nini for the warm welcome and for sharing her story and her city with such care! We will definitely be back!
