We arrived late in the day after a long journey down from the mountains and were given a warm welcome from the father of the family, who came out to our taxi to greet us. We spoke to his son Georgio who could speak very good English. His Mother provided us with Water Melon and a freshly cooked home made Georgian dish, which was delicious! The perfect, all you need, large accommodation is set in the large garden with use of the outside area and another great outside kitchen. The air conditioning was superb in the hot heat. Having the company of the family was a lovely experience but equally, they provide their guests with respectful privacy. The family dog was an added delight to our stay :) Set in a really nice, quiet suburban area of Zugdidi, a supermarket just a couple of 100yards away and walking distance to the city. Perfect location, we just wished we had booked for a longer stay and will definitely recommend Cosy Kvara77!

This is a very special place - spacious with an incredible atmosphere. We loved it at first sight. The owner is very friendly and the neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful. If you love space and an authentic style (pictures), this is the right place for you. If you rather have everything neat and tidy, you might want to find something else.

The hosts are very friendly and helpful. They made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The handing over of keys were very smooth and even while leaving they made sure they came even though it was quite early in the morning. As for the property, it was a very spacious flat with a lovely yard right at the heart of the city.
