I can honestly say that it is going to be a long time until I will find a similarly well-maintained, well-appointed property. Everything you can think for your comfort and much more, can be found at this beach house. The house is being taken care of by Nekiforos and his family. It is located on the beach, it has beautiful views of the sea and private terraces for each room. The bed was like a cloud, there is an extra comfort matress on top of the regular matress; lots of pillows, too. Our daughter slept on the extendable couch and she got a comfort matress of her own. The kitchen hss got everything you need. There was a nice welcome-tray with honey, olive oil and olives. The hosts are wonderful, helpful, friendly and discreet. Tavernas and local supermarket nearby. Perfectly located in Kirra, the old port of the Delphi sanctuary.

We had a fantastic stay at these apartments. The hosts were incredibly kind and thoughtful, surprising us with a lovely gift to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. The apartment was spotless and beautifully designed, reflecting the hosts' attention to detail. It was well-equipped for both short and long stays, with a fully stocked kitchen and pristine towels and bed linens. The location is ideal—across the street from the beach in a very quiet area, yet only 500-700 meters from the lively promenade with its restaurants. The peaceful environment ensured a restful night's sleep, and parking was conveniently available on the street next to the house. Overall, we were so impressed that we plan to return. This place truly felt like a home away from home.

Very friendly host! Fresh olives waiting for us at arrival. He also recommended us a restaurant where his son delivered the fish and we were spoiled and had a great time. The apartment itself was very tidy and large. Would recommend this to everyone!

The apartment is fabulous and conform the description. The owner has put in a lot of effort to decorate it nicely. It has a beautiful view onto the sea. It is very clean and well equipped (which is rare! There were all sorts of groceries in the cupboards, there was cold water and beer in the fridge). The beds were really comfortable. My son was delighted to have his own room, with view onto the sea. The WiFi was good. Picking up the key in a lock-box turned out to be easy and convenient. Ioanna sent a message to see whether everything was fine. The apartment is just a few minutes walk to the seafront, where there are lots of restaurants and cafés. Delphi and Galaxidi are just 15 km away. I highly recommend.

    We loved the apartment. It was spacious and clean, just next to the beach. It was a bit of a walk to the restaurants of our choice, but we enjoyed the fact that we had to exercise a bit.     We would give an 11 if possible. Very kind owners. Direct access to the beach, the owner provided us with beach towels. The apartment has everything you need. The balcony is amazing with green pines above it, you hear and see the sea. Everything is new, stylish and clean. Restaurants are within 15 minutes walking distance. We enjoyed the serene atmosphere of this place very much. Thank you so much!

    The flat is very cosy and comfortable, with everything you need for a short stay. There are lots of nice thoughtful touches throughout. The location overlooking the bay of Itea was ideal, with a quiet (pebbly) beach right outside. Very convenient for the bars, shops and restaurants (10 mins max walking) yet very peaceful location.
