Really bad experience, we arrived after 21:00, no one was answering the phone for the check in, they have a small sign at the entrance in which they have the check in timings. We tried to call the property, even booking call center to help us. We stayed in the sofa they have in the lobby, with cold weather and no bathroom, at least it was more comfortable than the car.
