Large, very clean and comfortable, air-conditioned flat close to the river. Perfect for our family. We travelled by train; it’s a 20 minutes walk to the station and 20 minutes to Florence. Pisa, Pistoia and Arezzo are also easy to reach by train. Sieci itself is nice and quiet, the hillside around is very beautiful. There are two Pizzerias in short walking distance as well as a terrific bakery and two small supermarkets. Very kind and friendly hosts!

The hosts are amazing.Very helpful people.The apartment is fully equipped and its located about 20-25 mins walking distance to Duomo Square( Piazza del Duomo).There is also a grocery store near the building.Also bus stop(nr 6) to and from train station just 5 mins walking.Very good apart. I know that its hard to believe that you can actually find an apartment being rated as 10,but to be 100% honest this apartment is for 10. Its fully equipped,its well located(food store just next to the building and bus stop less than 5 mins walking)and the hosts are really nice and helpful.

The accommodation is in a perfect location, not in the busy centre, but near public transport. It's only 15 minutes with the bus to the city centre of Florence. You have restaurants, supermarkets, a bakery, and shops around the corner. We were a bit concerned at first because it was very new with almost no reviews, but once we arrived, all our concerns quickly disappeared! The host gave us detailed information before our check-in. Everything was even bigger and cleaner than in the pictures, and inside, there was lots of helpful information for contact, taxis, emergency services, etc. Summarized, it was an amazing stay and will definitely be a popular and fully booked location in the future! Massive thanks to the amazing host!

A lovely, modern apartment; entry is through a pleasant, private, gated courtyard; location a quiet residential area of Florence. Silvia met us on arrival, having patiently waited. A attractive, modern, clean apartment with character and fine personal touches of the owner. Spacious bedrooms, loved the bedside lights with dainty pull on-off switches. A modern bathroom - the shower recess had ample room and good hot water pressure. We very much enjoyed the welcoming excellent craft Beer on arrival, very relaxing after a long train journey to an unfamiliar city.......many thanks Silvia. For self-catering a very good Co-Op nearby. A no 6 bus from Santa Maria Novella Rail station was convenient during our stay.

Great authentic cozy appartment nearby Florence. Equipped with all necessary staf. Really comfortable to explore Florence. The host was amazing, provided us with city maps, instructions about parking, marked all key sights. Vividly described the sity tour and where to eat during it. Provided us with all necessary places to visit during our furhter rout across Italy. She really loves Italy and can talk about it for a long time. Very pleasant homemade welcom gifts were given Free parking on the territory. The only dissapointment that we stayed only for one night. There are much more to see for a longer period. Pay attention that there is no AC only fans, if it is too hot ouside.

The apartment is clean, spacious and pleasant. There is a very nice yard and a parking space. Very kind owner, he gave us a lot of directions about transport, about the city. There is a bus stop 14 on the next street, which goes down to the center.
