The owner of this bed and breakfast truly went above and beyond to ensure a warm and welcoming atmosphere. From their genuine smile to their personalized recommendations, their dedication to making guests feel comfortable was evident. It felt like staying with a dear friend, and their genuine care for their guests was a standout feature of this establishment. Now, let's talk about the breakfast! Each morning, I eagerly anticipated the delightful spread that awaited me. The breakfast options were plentiful and thoughtfully prepared. From freshly baked pastries to a variety of fruits, cereals, and yogurts, there was something to satisfy every palate. The highlight, however, was the cooked-to-order options. The owner's culinary skills truly shone through in the mouthwatering omelets and fluffy pancakes that were served with a side of warm, genuine hospitality. The room amenities were equally impressive. We had a great stay! The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and located in a tidy building. The rooftop terrace was a real highlight — with a small playground, comfy sofas, sun loungers, and a pleasant atmosphere. The beach is very close, and the 114–115–116 beach areas are perfect for families with small children. There’s also a shared laundry room, which is especially useful during longer stays. Parking in the area can be challenging, so it’s worth reserving a parking spot in advance. Our host, Domenico, was really kind, helpful, and flexible throughout our stay. We would gladly recommend this place for families with young kids.

Location for nice calm vacation with kids is perfect. The appartment was clean, very nice, parking great, very close to the beach, and we had a great time spending days on the beach number 116. There was everything for kids. Claudia was so nice to order diner for us from very good restaurant. It is nice place where I would go again. You can also find shop with fruit and veg next street and tasty ice cream next to the train bridge. (Viale Catania)

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Great location, sort of tucked away and yet very central. The value for money for us was very good as we were upgraded to an apartment with two bathrooms, which was very helpful with two large teenagers. The rooftop restaurant on the hotel was beautiful - budget for a more expensive meal if you decide to go here. Balcony was nice to eat out on - even though we only had a view of the hotels opposite the car park. Very nice overall.

Nice location, 8min walk from beach. Really friedly host. He shared with us a lot of places! We would have missed Moto GP that took place in San Marino the weekend we stayed there but he shared that with us randomly. Bunch of places to visit close by. We stayed 8 person in total for a week and we would come back next time!

    The apartment was just what we needed. Air conditioning was perfect, great shutter system on the windows kept the apartment cool There was a washing machine, which was handy. The bed was comfortable. Great location, a ten minute walk down to the sea front and supermarkets right on your doorstep. It's not lavish accommodations, but for what we paid I am extremely happy with our stay The host had great communication and was very helpful

    Excellent location in a small, quiet bay. Private beach right outside the windows. On the other side, there is direct access to the pool. The apartments are clean and have two bathrooms. Parking space in the garage is provided, which is very convenient. Unfortunately, we didn't use it as we had a minibus, but for small cars, it’s great, especially considering the summer heat.

    Wonderful apartment with everything what is needed for stay. Apartment is big enough, clean, bright with good air conditioning. Friendly and warm welcoming owner, who also told about all of the good places not far away from apartment. Nearest beach is ~10-15 minutes by foot and to nearest grocery 10 minutes by foot. This was just perfect apartment and location! Definitely highly recommended for stay!

    Location was perfect for Misano Circuit, across the road for access. Hosts were amazing, very hospitable and a phone call away if we needed them, apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything needed for our stay. Air conditioned but also shuttered to allow the breeze through, spacious balcony to sit and rest. Perfect location if you are a motorsport fan. Short taxi ride from the train station, and a fabulous cafe bar across the road from the station is also recommended.
