Amazingly spacious property. So clean and comfortable with beautiful views of the mountains. Washing machine was very useful as well as the fully functional kitchen. Hosts were so lovely and helpful. Would recommend staying here to anyone travelling to Kandy!

This was truly a hidden gem, we loved everything about our stay at Kandy River Lodge. The apartment was spotless with essentials for cooking if required. The view of the river from the balcony was beautiful. The host had water bottles tea and coffee available to us and offered us a complimentary transport from the train station. The host was available to help with any requests and very responsive. If you are staying in Kandy I would definitely recommend staying at Kandy River Lodge. If we get the opportunity to come back to Kandy we would definitely book again

We had heard of the famous Sri Lankan hospitality and now we got to experience it first hand. Saminda was a very helpful host and went out of his way to help us , even to the extent of arranging a Tuk-tuk for us. The location of the apartment is just OMG. The views even in May are to die for, with lush greenery all around. Truly a gem of a property.
