Beautifully furnished apartment/hotel room with a kitchen, large king sized bed and eating area. Check in process was easy through their online system. We were also able to do an early check in and late check out for a fee. Both still and sparkling water is complimentary. We were also greeted to some wine, popcorn and crackers as part of our welcome package. The hotel is situated within 5 minutes of the metro station that connects to the airport and is within walking distance of all the main attractions. This room/hotel was fantastic and we highly recommend if you're in Porto!

A good location and could walk down the shopping street and visit all the places in Rua Santa Catarina. A beautifull clean apartment. I would stay their again. Walk right down the street and take the vernicular to the waterfront.

We loved everything about Porto but especially the accommodations we had booked at Apartmentos The Arc Carris.. The unit we stayed in was supremely clean, very modern, and so spacious. The breakfast was the best we had in our entire stay in Portugal and that was over 11 days in other cities like Lisbon..Everything that is advertised and shown in the brochures or online profile is exactly what you will find.. .No disappointments and no surprises ..The front desk reception personnel (which is at the bigger hotel across the street) were all very friendly and helpful with our check in and check out..It made our time in Porto , albiet too short in retrospect ,so much more pleasant. We would definitely recommend staying at The Arc Carris and hope some day we can return there ourselves. .

    A beautiful quiet hotel with lovely modern apartments. Our Penthouse apartment was very spacious with a very comfortable bed and great shower. We were welcomed with delicious Port Wine and homemade cake. It was great having a lift to the upper floors. There’s a lovely pool and bar area for relaxing. The breakfast was great with a good selection. It was easy walking to everything from the hotel. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Matilde was extremely professional and lovely, thank you.

    This place is so cute! We really enjoyed the little loft bedroom - was very cosy. Could be a bit hot in summer but in May it was perfect. The location was walkable for everything we wanted to do - there are a few restaurants etc in the neighborhood if you arrive late as we did. Studio was as shown in the photos and immaculately clean. Access was via a key box- host communication was great. They even had the apartment set up with aircon and lights on for us as we arrived late.

    The apartment is situated close to the old town area so there are plenty of bars and restaurants near by. We stayed in a studio apartment which was comfortable enough for a short stay and was very clean. The pool area was a big bonus as there are very few apartments with pools in the area. The pool was very clean and the view from the terrace was lovely, particularly at night. There were also tables and chairs on the terrace so in the evening we could relax and take in the view.

    The loft apartment was lovely and it was nice to have a separate mezzanine sleeping area. Centrally located it is close to all the main sights of the city so great for making the most out of a short stay.
