I had a fantastic stay at the Waterfront Belgrade apartment! The communication was seamless, and the apartment was impeccably clean with everything you could possibly need for a short stay. The view of the sunset was simply perfect. Highly recommended!

It's a new hotel in the 5th floor of a building, very closed to the center of Belgrade. The room was new designed, very cleaned and the staff very kind. It's necessary to know that the breakfast is served at the Radisson Red Hotel, 200m away from Botanica Residence and also the hotel charge a refundable deposit on check in. For us the accommodation was pleasant.
