Communication by owner and staff is exceptional, they are there to help as much as they can. Highly recommended 10/10 Stayed an extra night because we loved the place so much.

Towels and bed linen are available in the apartment. The apartment is allergy-free and soundproof. The apartment is fully equipped, including a washing machine, ironing board, and iron. It has a lovely garden. Mrs. Liana, who doesn't speak English but is a perfect translator, welcomed us with two cups of Turkish coffee and coconut sweets. Extremely helpful, she provided us with all kinds of information and assistance. Highly recommended.

Very comfortable and in a great location close to the train station and many stores. Spacious and with useful appliances for cooking and laundry. It was difficult to find, but the host found us and showed us where to go. He also gave us a bottle of wine! Great value! Highly recommend!

When we arrived at the apartment, we were greeted warmly by Vahktang and his son, who quickly made arrangements for parking our car directly in front of their home. The apartment is cozy and comfortable with a kitchen, bedroom, separate bath, sitting area and balcony overlooking their garden, the town and the mountains. WIFI worked well. Vahktang doesn't speak English and we don't speak Georgian but that was in no way an impediment to experiencing his kindness and hospitality. He shared a carafe of his homemade wine and fruit from his garden. We felt well cared for! The town, restaurants/shops and local sites are in close walking distance and we also made an easy day trip to sites south of Borjomi, We would be very happy to return!
