The apartment was very spacious and super clean, the kitchen is well equipped and the beds were comfortable. We've also enjoyed jakuzzi, sauna, and pool in the late evening.

Right in the center, walking distance to everything. Paid parking 5 min, free parking 10 min away.

We booked this apartment during our 2024/2025 NYE for 8 days, location is right in the city center but also quiet, landlord was perfect helped us with the codes and we were able to stay after check out because our flight was in late hours. This aparthotel offers free private parking and a lift. The accommodation provides a sauna, free WiFi throughout the property and family rooms. Nice, clean, good service. Spa and pool free of charge. No exeoerrience of breakfast or restaurant , but all the experience was very good..Will definitely go here again next time in ponta Delgada.

A private entrance leads guests into the apartment, where they can enjoy some wine or champagne and fruits. This apartment is allergy-free and non-smoking. Hélio was an exceptional host ! The place was perfect and in a great location. It was very clean and had everything you need. Helio also left a few things for us in the fridge as well as fresh bread, and also offered to do a laundry since there was no washing machine in the place. We rented his car, and so he picked us up from the airport and also dropped us off, which was great because it also avoids the long lines of renting cars ! He gave us some itinerary of the island which we followed every day and we saw everything on the island thanks to that ! We will for sure stay there again next time we come to the Azores island!
