A wonderful, clean and stunning Apartment with a breath taking view on Lake Como. There was everything we need prepared, even some nice little groceries to be able to prepare breakfast. The owners are so, so polite and nice and it was a real pleasure to choose them and their Place. Totally recommended if you want an unforgetable experience.

The location of the property is perfect-just 5 min drive to Varenna. There is a train station behind in case of no car available. The village of Dervio is quiet and charming, away from the busy and crowded popular towns. Our host Luca was great and very helpful. The facilities are perfect, more than expected. We highly recommend it and will definitely return soon.

Dervio was nice and quiet. Beautiful church bells close by. Bicycles were handy for a ride around foreshore. Allessia was very good at showing us around and very quick to respond to messages. Lots of space, fully equipped kitchen. We'll set out. Homely. Close to shops, restaurants, train and ferry. A great base for exploring lake Como.

The apartment was really spacious, very clean and fully equipped. There was a nice yard outside. From our little balcony we could see a small part of the lake. The residence was near the bakery, super market, etc, of the village.

Everything. From the hosts (Francesca and her dad), everything went great and we felt so welcomed. The place was cleaned and ready before the check-in time. The apartment had everything we needed, and felt very homey and modern. Bellano is chill and not very touristy, so I recommend staying at Emma House. It’s very good apartament, spacious good for family with kids - max for 5 person family or two couples. Close to lake Como and other destinations. Very clean, washing machine is as well and kitchen!

super convenient location with amazing view of lake como. <5 min walk to boat station which takes you easily to the other towns. manageable walk to train station which goes to milan centrale as well. host was very responsive to our needs before and during the stay as well, giving us advice on transportation and allowing us to leave our baggage after checkout time for our convenience.

The location is a bit up which requested just a little bit of walking (upward) but for those who are aware of that (and/or sporty types) this will be great. The walk up was a very good idea after a nice lunch or dinner by the lake. The property is well equipped (especially the kitchen - more than you can expect, eg a regular size fridge and stove), plus a hairdryer and an iron. The bed is very comfortable (as for a person with back issues). Planty of space in a wardrobe. One full bathroom and one with a toilet. Very good heating system (we did not use air conditioning) and very good internet. The place is very good, clean, comfortable and quit. We enjoyed early morning walks (many places to go with dogs). The place is a bit hidden from shops and regular traffic (which was perfect for us)
