Had a wonderful yard with swings and tables & chairs over looking the beach to sit and enjoy a drink and watch the sunset. We also enjoyed the 3 cats and dog that are on the property, making it more homey.

Stunning new hotel on the water! Everything about this place exceeded our expectations. Beautiful stone walls, very clean, a hydraulic car lift to get us to the parkade, very secure doors, excellent boardwalk on the back with a lovely area for swimming, and in a great location close to great restaurants and night life. If ever in Sarandë again, we will be staying here!

I liked everything!! Extremely clean, spacious, very comfortable, great big bathroom. Lovely owners who had great recommendations for restaurants and boat trips and access to public beach. Very well located to walk to everything , including bus and ferry terminal and supermarket. Ample coffee machine .. bonus was the clothes steamer.

Very clean, great location, had a lot of really nice amenities like cooking essentials and a balcony. Bathroom was also great since it had a shower curtain that kept the rest of the bathroom clean. The staff is super friendly and happy to help!

I recommend Sunny Holiday as this place was amazing. The rooms were great it had all that you need. And for the staff, they were always there for you, whatever you needed, also they are really nice people.
