The Staff were amazing, we arrived very late to Hallstatt and they made sure to be there to welcome us and assist us with anything we might need even if it was long after check in hours. The Staff were always available for us, even via WhatsUp. The whole stay felt like being home, only in front of beautiful lake and surrounded by mountains.
