The staff were the best asset. I was welcomed like royalty at reception and Mr Mina, the manager, was really kind and helpful. The waiters at Royal restaurant were amazing! Always smiley and attentive to every detail. I would like to thank the bartenders Kareem and Ibre. The massage service was really good. I really enjoyed the massage station on the beach ( Sultana, Yasmina and Dalia took good care of me). The food was fresh, good quality and plentiful. The gardens were beautiful, so many flowers and birds. Mohammed from housekeeping ensured my room was always clean and tidy, he always asked me if everything was ok . Thank you!

The facilities are quite new, very clean. You can use aqua park the whole territory of Laguna Vista- across the street. Sea and beach are over there as well :) there is a mini bus you can take if you don’t want to walk. In the evening the bus is extra cool- with colourf lights on and music 😃 The staff is very nice and attentive, especially the Manager, Mohammed. Real professional- in how attentive, polite and helpful he is. Food us tasty, maybe not as many options as other 4/5 * I have been to, but still nice.

Great price/quality ratio, clearly exceeded my expectations. We've been to Rixos Premium Belek before and I can say that Sharm was in many ways better! Very nice location, extensive and well-groomed grounds, spacious room, delicious food, big variety of drinks. The best part was of course that it was adults only! So peaceful) I particularly loved the playlist during breakfast and the sitting area outside. Check-in was excellent, super welcoming and smooth, we were given exactly the room we wanted. Room make up service was very thorough and quick as well, thank you!

We arrived at the hotel before 5 a.m., distressed from the fact that our luggage had not arrived on our Turkish Airlines flight, with the only hope being that it may arrive exactly only 24 hours later. Perhaps some context here will be helpful. Turkish airlines had canceled our initial connecting flights, and we had to endure a minimum of 18.5 hrs layover, which included a full day tour of Istanbul. We had, of course, not banked on our luggage being delayed, so we freshened up after our first leg of the journey from Johannesburg to Istanbul prior to the day tour preceedingbour connecting flight to Sharm. So naturally, the idea of having technically traveled for almost 36 hrs and to have our luggage delayed by a minimum of another 24 hrs was traumatic, and that trauma was visible to the staff of Charmillion Club. Armia on duty that evening sensed our ordeal and without making an issue of that fact that we are 9 hrs early for check-in asked us to relax at the bar area with coffees etc and as soon as rooms become available he will check us in. We were well looked after by Mohammed in the bar area, who also provided us with breakfast, etc. The most important thing was that it looked like they cared for our plight and went out of their way to make us feel welcome despite our luggage challenges. This same treatment was extended to us by Peter, who took over the check-in process and went on to elevate us to VIP status, and throughout our 6 days, he doubled up as our peronal concierge. This we have never experienced in our many years of travel. Every single morning, Morsheed would approach us in the breakfast room to enquire if we are happy with the meals, etc, and would try his best to give us a personalised experience in a buffet setup. This was also further extended to the ala carte dinners on offer. Tamara in guest relations also extended her expertise beyond the basic requirements of her position.

If you want to see true Egyptians hospitality, you’ve got to go to Charmillion Gardens Aquapark. All the staff from the manager Mr. Emil to the restaurant supervisors Mr. Ahmad and Mahmoud and house staff Basem do their best to give you most comfortable and pleasant stay.
