Centrally located in a beautiful tranquil setting, easily found with allocated parking space. Contact from staff was perfect and housekeeping staff very helpful. Stayed in the Sun Room which was lovely and included a small fridge to keep breakfast items chilled, as appropriate.

Fabulous location, the hotel is amazing in every aspect, beautiful views from bedroom window, lovely, spacious room with seating area and large bathroom. Bathrobes supplied and generous tea/coffee facilities, replenished daily. Staff were lovely, food was very good and the ambience of the hotel was just amazing. The village of Luss is about 10mins walking distance and that is just beautiful with a pier where you can access short boat trips. We opted for a 2hour Loch Lomond trip from another location but only 12 mins drive. After our 3 day trip we were totally relaxed and recharged, we definitely wouldn't hesitate to recommend or return to this lovely hotel and location.

It was very warm and welcoming at the end of a long day of hiking. The building and the location are both spectacular, and are worth a visit just for those. The hostel was fully functional with kitchen and Laundry. We stayed in the double room, which felt more like a hotel. Toilets and showers were clean and functional.
