Fantastic apartment so close to the beach, and a pleasant 15-minute stroll to the main town with plenty of bars,restaurants, and shops to choose from. The apartments were beautifully decorated inside and still looked new,clean, and tidy. The pool area had plenty of sunbeds and towels and a quiet seating area. Staff we're all so friendly and can arrange taxi transfer if you need. Can not fault anything at all with these apartments and would definitely recommend for a well based accomodation close to everything. We stayed in S5, and the view was awesome. Pictures are exactly what you get.

Me and my wife had an amazing time at this fabulous hotel with our grandson. The accommodation is perfect, food is the best hotel food we have tasted and the service that Panagiotis, Andreas and other member of the staff gave was superb, no matter what we asked they solved everything super fast with friendliness and a smile. The hotel manager Mr Konstantinos has a great crew that will make any visitor very happy with the visit. This is a hotel which we will surely visit again.

Our stay was just amazing! We had 7 fabulous nights and cannot wait to go back again. The whole experience was made even more special by the wonderful staff - especially in the restaurants - Gaia Restaurant - Peggy, Konstantinos and Eugine - and the fabulous Osteria Restaurant with spectacular food and setting, not to mention the great live entertainment and the truly amazing staff - Noni and Konstantina - who made us feel so welcome and looked after us so well. Nico at the front entrance was always there to greet us with a friendly smile and chat, and Vasslis the Operations Manager made time to speak with guests and it was a real pleasure to meet him. Guests are treated like friends and many guests have returned year after year and we can see why.

We spent a terrific week with our family in the Andreolas Suites. Besides the unbeatable location just at the seafront, it was the hospitality and genuine kindness of the whole staff that made our holiday extra pleasant. We appreciated all the small gestures, like (among many) remembering what we like to drink or preparing an extra bed for the children even without asking. We loved the beach with the hotel's sunbeds, the shallow and crystal clear water makes it a perfect location with small children. The evening sea breeze made air conditioning unnecessary even after the hottest summer days. The breakfast is good and there is a reasonable variety, and also there was something new to try every day. Altogether, we felt Andreolas Suites indeed provided luxury value for a normal price. I highly recommend it, and we would definitely come back here if we return to Zakynthos in the future.

The owner met us at the airport despite having very little info about our arrival. When we arrived at the resort, we were offered breakfast and given a tour even though we arrived before check in. They let us check into the room that was ready and we were allowed to use all the facilities before our apartment was ready. We did not have a car, so the host took us to the grocery store the first day. They drove us to the local pub, Kaliva (fabulous food and atmosphere), and offered information on many activities. Although we chose not to rent a car because we loved just hanging at the resort, the hosts also rent cars as needed. They were gracious in all ways, constantly available for help. The staff were equally kind and the cleaners often catered to our crazy sleep in times, never making us feel imposed upon. There is a a small, but well equipped shop within walking distance and a super restaurant that delivers delicious Greek food! Our elderly father enjoyed the breakfast each morning and was made to feel welcome and comfortable- he loved his private little studio. The owners were exceptional and clearly love their property and visitors are made to feel at home away from home.

The hotel is situated on a sandy beach. Localisation is very practic, especially if you travel with children: coming into the sea through only few small stones (you don't need water-shoes, there are no algae, etc.), water is clean and not deep. It is also possible to rent sunbeds with umbrella for 20 Euro (in the price of hotel there are only sunbeds near to swimming pool included), but you can take also your own blanket and ley to the sand. Traveling from airport there is possibility of taking taxi (guaranted 25 Euro) or public bus in front of exit from the airport, near to colour map (3 Euro), but it comes only 6 times for the day and you need to change the bus for another (2 Euro) at Zakhyntos bus center, where conection is more often, usually every 60-90 minutes (direction Tsilivi, Tragaki).  You finally get off at "Tsilivi 1" bus stop and go 10 minutes on foot. Check-in is to do in the previous building of Tsilivi Hotels  where you also receive your breakfast and any help if you need (reception of Palazetto is permanently closed). The staff is helpful, towels new everyday, my room was eclxactly like on pictures.
