The suite was spotless, well-designed, and had a beautiful balcony where we could unwind with a glass of wine in the evening. The peaceful atmosphere combined with the convenience of having everything nearby made our stay perfect. The beach was just a few minutes away, and there were plenty of great restaurants and cafes to explore. This is an ideal spot for anyone looking to escape and enjoy some downtime in style.

Situated 100 metres from Platanias Beach, Melina Beach offers accommodation with a balcony, as well as an infinity pool and a garden.

Excellent all round. Great apartment - ideal for our needs, lovely quiet pool with added small kids part, fantastic location right by a nice beach and a great restaurant where we sat most nights for dinner watching the sunset while our young children played in the attached playpark in our sight. The staff were all wonderful, so friendly and accommodating, we felt very well looked after - much more personal than at huge complexes. Easy to walk to nearby supermarkets and other restaurants/ cafes. We also did a local “little fun train” and “seaking adventure” boat ride which were perfect. A great holiday and we fully recommend Melina Beach Hotel - we hope to return again. Big thank you to all the lovely staff, especially Thanos for his speedy replies to my questions and all the restaurant staff!

I had a ground floor apartment with terrace on both sides. Very satisfied with everything. The apartment has a refrigerator and space for ice cubes at the top. The shopping street is 50 meters away, bus stop is Chania senter/ Square, and it is 300 meters away. Bus from Platanias to Chania was 2,20€ in May 2025. The Beach is also 100 meters away. The people in the resepsjon is very nice, and they help if you ask. I got oranges from their garden so i could make fresh orange juice 🙂 It' the little ekstra things that counts. I would highly recommend this apartments complex.

The location was perfect right beside the beach and few minutes walk to restaurants and shops. Our host Jenny was so warm and welcoming and gave us advise on where to visit during our stay, Jenny arranged for a taxi to collect us for a very early flight home. The terrace was really beautiful and lovely little touches everywhere. The shower was perfect and our towels changes regularly and rooms cleaned perfectly by Albana.

Situated on Platanias Beach in Crete, the family-run Sonio Beach - Que Bella Collection features a swimming pool with sunbeds and a restaurant overlooking the sea.

The location was excellent, situated near numerous shops and restaurants. There is convenient parking available directly in front of the property. The bed was very comfortable. It was a pleasure meeting the owner, who was very friendly. I highly recommend this place.

The location is amazing - close to city center, and directly next to the sea. The breakfast is very good: a wide variety of hot and cold food, some constant things and some things that varied. The rooms were very clean: they clean it every day, and give new bedsheets twice a week. The staff is very friendly and helpful, with a 0/24 reception.
