The apartment is exceptional, offering everything one could possibly need and more. The host’s thoughtful gesture of providing water in the fridge and fresh fruit was greatly appreciated. The terrace, complete with comfortable seating, provides a truly spectacular view. The setting is quiet and peaceful, near a small village (10 minute walk) with a few places to eat and two small shops that have everything you might need. We were very happy with our one-week vacation here with our two boys, aged 9 and 13

Everything was superlative. Tomas, our host, did everything possible to make our stay as comfortable as possible. He was attentive to all the details related to the accommodation. The apartment is very clean and offers everything necessary for a successful holiday. Also, his mother offered us a barbecue one of the days. His recommendations for beach destinations and sightseeing were a real help. The accommodation is very close to the beach, practically right on the beach, and the balcony offers an unforgettable sunrise.

The residence and it's location is just mind blowing. Having breakfast and morning coffee at that large terrace feels like being right above the beautiful Greek sea.the view is really amazing .the house is beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you need. The host is polite and always there when you need him .the details given for check in and out were simple and quick. Privacy is also an option there.our children loved the grass at the back yard .I would totally recommend it and I would definitely choose it again. Thumbs up.

The location was excellent with a wonderful view of the sea. The house is literally on the beach and the children had the time of their life as they could play in the garden safely. The hostess was very friendly and really helpful.

We really enjoyed the food cooked by chef Kalin, it was amazing and really tasty. the beach is beautiful, with sand and blue water . You can play voleyball or go to yoga session with Alexandra (she was very nice and always inviting us to try new activities). we will return here, we absolutely loved this resort . relax is the word that described perfectly our holiday.

We were looking for a property which overlooked the sea which faced sunset and this property was perfect for both. Siviri is not a large town and we were close enough to the centre to walk in every evening. The property itself was beautiful, nice double bed, plenty of space to put clothes away and the verandah was perfect. We had breakfast there every day, and watched the sunset every evening. The owners helped us get connected to the internet and were very friendly and helpful, even going as far as texting us through the holiday to see if there was anything we needed or that they could help with as well as leaving a note with suggestions for beaches, restaurants and other places to go to in the Halkidiki area. There is a lovely beach just in front of the apartment and a very short walk along the beach takes you to even quieter areas to sunbathe and relax. The apartment had everything we needed, and in fact even more than we needed. We didn't do our laundry or cook an evening meal for ourselves but had we felt the need, all was there. There was a great TV which we able to put a USB stick into and watch shows we'd brought with us too. There was secure parking and a socket in the garage we were able to charge our hybrid hire car from. At the other end of town is a supermarket which had everything we needed for our stay.
