Superb location with easy beach access: through the gate, cross the quiet road, down a few steps, and into the water. There are beautiful rocks and lagoons if you love snorkelling. But first: sipping espresso under the villa's olive tree watching a sunrise (moonrise also available from the comfort of the terrace under a ceiling fan). There is a well-equipped kitchen with a washing machine and dishwasher plus many small appliances too. It is an easy 20-minute walk to the town centre along the beautiful seashore. There is a supermarket about 10 minutes away. Good wifi and air conditioning throughout the villa. The bed is fine but it is firm. There is a nearby taverna but we only saw it open a couple of times (we came in early September); The beach bar opposite is good for those days you forget to buy coffee pods albeit expensive. The host is ever so friendly and helpful; when we needed some sharper kitchen knives for cooking with she had them to us later the same day! She also helped with booking a taxi to and from the villa from the ferry with our bags (€15 each way). Aside: we highly recommend hiring an eBike to explore the island (€25 for 24h from LifeCycle). There is a bike rack at the villa, too. If you come in September then be sure to check which Saturday has the Armata festival - it is not to be missed! Highly recommend this villa; We had a very relaxing holiday here.

The seafront Spetses Hotel is located just a 10-minute walk from the centre and port of Dapia. It includes a restaurant and a beach bar, as well as a variety of rooms to choose from.

This property is stunning & steeped in history, beautiful furnishings with old world charm. Beautifully situated on the waters edge. Nice restaurants nearby. Pool area is exquisite, beautifully landscaped, small & bijou, and so clean. Breakfast was outdoors and it was sumptuous.

SUPERCUTE house with everything you need - so much space. Tula is the cutest lady we mert, my kids loved her. they helped her pick up fallen fruits every morning and got cookies for it🤭 house it superclean. recommend to rent 🚴🏼‍♂️ from Nikos in town and explore the island. We went early april so beaches and many restaurants were closed.

This is our second time staying at this hotel, but definitely not the last! The hotel is in a great location, close to the beach and the town. Everything is tidy and clean, and the breakfast is excellent! But the biggest praise goes to Mr. Spiros, who makes your stay feel just like home! Highly recommended, and we’ll see you again soon!
