Mr. Michaelis and his wife Merula who own the hotel treated us like they're own family. The staff were friendly. There was a misunderstanding but they did solve it quickly and everything was fine throughout the stay. The food is by far the best food in all of Santorini. Thank you Michalis, Merula and all the staff. If we decide to come to Santorini again, Villa Michalis is the hotel we're going to stay at.

The hotel was amazing with kind and caring staff. Nicole and Eva were always so attentive and special mention for the lovely men who took our bags up and down the stairs. Close by there are restaurants and a convenience store to get what you need. The pool was perfect for our stay and the breakfast was great for our stay. It is at least 20 mins away from the main town of Fira and taxis are very expensive, so just something to consider. Highly recommend booking in a cruise, we didn’t do this through the hotel but they had options available. We did a sunset cruise and it leaves out of the front of the hotel! Loved our stay here.

Very friendly staff, this hotel has such a nice family atmosphere 🙂 breakfast was delicious and all food in Nemo bar was great! Beautiful promenade, lot of restaurants, markets, clear sea. We had very good time here

Opalia Suites was exceptional, perfect location. Sandro and his wife made us feel very welcome and they kept our accommodation spotlessly clean. The accommodation itself was large and we really enjoyed our hotub. Would highly recommend.

Everything was perfect! Good breakfast, rooms are nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful (bar staff and hotel staff also). If you need anything you just need to see the receptionist. The lady at the reception booked as a catamaran holiday and helped us with the car rental also. Highly recommend! Ps.: If you love cats you will like the resort even more. We had a whole family on our terrace. (4 kitties and their mom)

We absolutely loved this hotel. Everybody is always so incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel feels super luxurious, breakfast is absolutely amazing, beds are more comfortable than my bed at home, pool is also perfect! Room was spotless. Just all in all a wonderful experience. Also there are lots of restaurants nearby, so lots of options to choose from! Usually we never visit the same place multiple times, but if we ever go to Santorini again, will definitely come back here!

Amazing location and view! Our initial plan was to stay just one night but this was so great location and hidden gem, that we decided to stay for second night as it was possible. The apartment is intime, romantic and the view to the sea amazing. You have your own "private" beach, you can jump into the sea from your own terrace.
