The hosts were very kind and friendly, and communication was easy. The property was exceptionally clean. The rooms and kitchen were well equipped, and the beds were quite comfortable. The area around the apartments was clean and quiet, which we really appreciated. The beach was lovely and easy to access thanks to a ladder. The sea was crystal clear – perfect for swimming. The view from the apartment was stunning, and we were enchanted by the sunsets every evening.

Sonja was very welcoming upon arrival. She was very friendly and helpful. She showed us around the accommodation which was exceptionally clean and very well equipped for all our needs. There was a parking space provided within the grounds of the property which was very secure. The balcony was very impressive with lovely views. We would definitely return there if we have the opportunity of visiting the island again in the future. Highly recommended.

The property and the location were great. Fitted our expectations and surprised with an amazing view to the bay from the balcony and kitchen window. Picture perfect. Although there was no dedicated parking space, there was plenty of space outside at the front of the property so you could actually see the car from the balcony if you needed to. The apartment was specious with open planned kitchen and living room separate bedroom and bathroom. Local atmosphere was great, with couple of restaurants just walking distance, small groceries shop and coffee shop. Go across the road and you are on the small beach, little piers where you can relax, go for a swim or for a walk. Truly charming place. We will be coming back there for sure. Out hosts were accommodating, very pleasant and offered warm hospitality. Great place and great people!

This is a beautiful apartment with an incredible view across the Mediterranean Sea and, on top, the sunset each evening. The balcony was a very romantic spot for a sundowner in the evening. The apartment was well furnished and stocked, and of course very clean. The owner met us upon arrival and was very helpful and kind throughout our stay, including recommendations for restaurants. Swimming and sunbathing spots are right in front of it, and sunchairs and umbrellas are available for free. Highly recommended!

The apartments are located right by the sea. Gorgeous seaview! There is a private pool with sun loungers. Excellent parking. The apartments have everything you need, including good equipped kitchen. Clean, comfortable. We came here on a day when an incredible storm had risen on the sea - it was unforgettable :)

The owner is exceptionally nice and helpful. She was very kind with our children. They really enjoyed feeding the turtles. The Apartmani Maslina is the perfect place for relaxation.

Best location in Novalja with a nice view, everything is 1-2 min away (beach, food, shops, bus stop to zrce beach). Very kind host and cleaning service, apartment was super clean. It was spacious and comfortable (especially comfy beds). Lots of storage room, nice glas balcony, 2 safe boxes and a good kitchen. Can absolutely recommend!
