The location is absolutely amazing, the beach front suite is unique , the concept is incredible, the guy called Adi has been super nice and kind with us for all our week . The service has been good. The happy hour has been great!! The quality of the food has bene more than the expectations!

We were blown away by how beautiful the villa was. It's bigger than it looks in the pictures and the views are absolutley stunning. Private pool was really nice and someone came to clean it every morning which was great. It's a bit remote with no taxis in the area but its worth it for the beautiful untouched surroundings. The living room is open plan so there will inevitably be some bugs at night but nothing too major, and the bedrooms are secure. Manager and staff are warm and helpful. Would highly recommend Villa Elior.

Simply wonderful. We had plans to visit the most beautiful places in Lombok, but once we arrived at the hotel, we did not leave the premises. Coming out of the car that brought us, we were greeted by Risman, a gentleman, attentive, very, very friendly, and every day we were there he made us feel at home. In addition, the reception with Soleha attended to us as well as Risman, very nice people, and of course all the work staff were very focused on making your vacation very attended and relaxed. At Novotel was where our relaxation began after days of visiting different places. Totally recommended.
