I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Vega Prime Hotel! From the very beginning, the warm welcome from Mario and Clara made me feel right at home—they were amazing and set the tone for the entire visit. To my surprise, they even upgraded me to one of the best rooms in the hotel, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The room itself was spacious, beautifully kept, and incredibly comfortable. The bed and pillows were some of the comfiest I’ve ever slept on, and I really appreciated the complimentary touches like free coffee, water, and even creamer—it’s the little details that make a big difference. The pool area was so relaxing, a perfect spot to unwind, and the free breakfast was outstanding. There was so much variety: fresh omelets, donuts, croissants, juices, warm Indonesian dishes, and more. Everything was delicious, fresh, and plentiful. Overall, everything about my stay was perfect—from the amazing hospitality to the comfort and amenities. I highly recommend the Vega Prime Hotel and can’t wait to come back!

This hotel is not as bad as the rating and some reviews say. Ok, it's not the newest one, room was a bit runned out, swimming pool also, but nothing dramatic problem, just an "Indonesian standard". On the other hand, staff is so kind, there is a swimming pool (which is an extra feature), room is spacious and well equipped, breakfast is exceptional, and the bed and pillow was one of the best during my trip. Good value for the price.
