Loved the villa and the pool, also the staff was very courteous and helping. The location is beautiful, calm and peaceful. Great to spend a quality time with your friends or family. It's actually a vacation place, you don't need to go anywhere else, just be there and relax. You are lucky if these apartments are available for your travel dates. An amazing location and spacious clean rooms make this place outstanding. Great thanks to the hosts, Tanya and Raj, who spent a lot of efforts to make their place comfortable whether you travel alone or as a family. Clean, functional and spacious are the words that come to my mind to describe it. Would definitely recommend it to my friends for a stay in Goa. Owners also helped me to resolve some problems I just had after arriving, like managing with getting a bike, etc. I've stayed in many places in India and I can say, they are hardly competitive. Would recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay at this beachfront hotel in Mandrem, Goa. The location is perfect, right in front of the beach, with a relaxing atmosphere enhanced by live music. The entire team was incredibly attentive and hospitable, always ready to assist—from arranging a taxi to printing our boarding passes. While our experience was mostly great, there were a couple of minor downsides: a drain smell from the bathroom and an affogato that didn’t sit well with my stomach, possibly due to the water or artisanal ice cream. However, these were small issues compared to the overall experience. We’d definitely recommend this place for a peaceful and welcoming beach retreat!
