Art Resort is like a small paradise. The location next to the beach is amazing. Atmosphere at the place is great and all walls are decorated with different art. Every evening it's live music at the restaurant. The quality of the food was also great. All the staff is very professional and helpful. The cleaning staff at my room was amazing, always with a smile and helpful. I was suppose to only be there a week, but after a month, I went back for another week.

this place is absolutely stunning! set on a really beautiful quiet part of the beach with an amazing tropical garden surrounded by palm trees and flowers. it’s been like a retreat for my partner and I! Fantastic beach huts, clean, comfortable, quiet air-conditioning, secure. Restaurant served delicious food. Manager and staff were all brilliant, friendly and accommodating. Patnem is smaller and less commercial than Palolem and has a cool laid back vibe. Sealand helped make our visit perfect :) 5*

Very great location with beautiful sea view from every site. About 30 meters to the beach, it takes possibility to hear the sound of the surf when we are relaxing in your room. Very friendly and caring staff, especially very nice girl Harsha fulfills all your requests, very great guys: Roshan & Saurabh, Guard Krishna, manager Rajan take care about you and help every time. Very tasty breakfast: different types with European and Indian dishes . Recommend this hotel everyone!

Everything. We were coming towards the end of our trip and decided on Fatima’s because of the very reasonable price. We loved it because it was simple honest not pretentious quiet and spotlessly clean. Fatima is a wonderful highly skilled ambassador for her company. She is kind sweet and a lovely warm personality.She is also very accommodating and helpful but no fool and keeps everything running smoothly. We love Agonda and this hotel is perfectly placed for the beach and the shops. There are more modern hotels but they are triple the price. We found the room comfortable and convenient and very affordable. Agonda has one of the best beaches in Goa lovely boat trips with plenty to see and do.
