Excellent Stay. Location of Villa is Superb. Calm and Peaceful Residential area with beautiful flowers and plants just 2 min from Busy Trivandrum City. Villa is very Spacious and around 12-14 members can stay very confortably.Stay was very much affordable too. Kitchen has all facilities for self Cooking. What a wonderful experience staying at this beach house. Like others have said a little difficult to access at first but with some location suggestions on their site this could be easily overcome. The house is delightfully situated close to the beach and has quite good restaurants nearby. The house manager Victor ran an excellent facility, clean & comfortable with hygiene a top priority. He exemplified the best qualities of courteous, efficient & friendly service & went out of his way to accomodate any requests from guests . His honesty & integrity were a refreshing experience in this industry .I would definitely pay a little extra for this ‘top of range’ facility and intend to do so in future travels. Samir another staff member from another property was also very helpful & friendly with good communication & advice.

I have been coming back to Santa Maria for the last 3 years. It has become my home away from home in Kerala. The husband-wife team, Aleena and Bijoy, are amazing hosts and the soul of this beautiful homestay. They live on the property with their two young boys and are always around to ensure that their guests are well taken care of. Breakfast offers a wide array of home cooked traditional Indian fare, but has some continental choices as well. Dinner is offered upon request. Both Aleena and Bijoy are passionate cooks and food at Santa Maria is delicious. - Rooms are spacious with en-suite bathrooms with hot water and air-conditioning (Kerala does get hot in spring and summer). The rooms and the whole house are very clean. The tropical garden is a delight. The chirping of birds and the crushing waves the only sound you hear at night. Santa Maria is a piece of paradise. The perfect place for solo travellers, couples or families who seek a peaceful and safe place away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life in India.
