The property was better than expected. Everything was clean and nice. The location was perfect and we spent really good our holiday. Of course, on top ot this Raffaela was the perfect host. She prepared for us the breakfast each day and helped us with everything. Also she suggested a nice beach in front of our apartment where we got a discount. Grazie mille di tutto Raffaela 🫶🏻

Is the most clean and beautifull place i have seen in italy rooms are huge they also have appartments for big familly i had a big nice room with huge blacony and kichen huge big bed and verry comfortable the owners Giulia and Maximillian are so lovely and nice people they do all they can to offer the best service. Highly Reccomend Residence Corallo also verry close to the beach and city center alot of restaurants arround and the beach is like at 1 minute walk from your room i really really reccomend best place in Italy!!

I can highly recommend this. We were a family of five and spent four days in Alassio. The apartment was perfect, very close to the beach, the AC was very good (one in the kitchen and one in the master bedroom). The hostess and the lady that helped her was very helpful and kind.

We'd been to Alassio the previous year - so we knew where and where not to stay to be close to the shopping area, the beach, and to enjoy an overall nice atmosphere. I therefore decided to book this hotel because we wanted a view of the sea this time around and a bigger room. We were not disappointed. We took one of the corner rooms with terrace on the 5th floor - and it had such a beautfiul view over the sea - and equally looking out from the side terrace at the promenade below. The two adjoining rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated (our teenage daughter was in the adjoining room) and the bathroom (with shower and jacuzzi bath) was both luxurious and spacious. We could not have wished for better. The beach is right in front of the hotel and there is a nice terrace (closed whilst we were there) and steps down to the sandy beach with beautiful and chic looking sunbeds (with towels provided). Our teenage daughter was in paradise there !

Juni was a fabulous host, greeted us on arrival, showed us where to park for free and was responsive if we had any queries. He showed us how everything on the boat worked. The boat had a lovely rustic charm in a beautiful location. It was very hot in Alassio so the air con unit and fans were very welcome. Juni also arranged breakfast for us at the restaurant just by the boat. It was an experience we all enjoyed.
