A pleasant stay, a large swimming pool and a lake right next to it. The cottages are spacious and clean, well equipped – kitchenware, deckchairs, terrace furniture. The resort is very clean and well maintained. Very friendly staff. A huge plus is the free charging station for electric cars.

The building, the apartment and the views are exceptional. Not often do we get the opportunity of experiencing staying at on old, historic property that has such an up-to-date internal fitout. The location was fantastic, being only a short stroll to Baveno, its cafes and restaurants, and ferry wharf.

Perfect location for access to transport ie,ferries/ bus/ train to explore the lake, hiking trails and popular lake attractions. Breakfast was lovely and we enjoyed the stunning lakeside views. It is an authentic traditional Italian ‘family-run’ hotel which we loved, the staff were very accommodating and made our stay stress free!

The room was actually new apartment with all needed amenities. Hotel is situated very close to the city centre and the lake shore. Great starting point for visiting Borromeo islands. Restaurants, coffee bars and shops are all nearby. And on the top - hotel offers also a garage for some extra money - very much welcomed. And yes, not to forget - very friendly hosts.

Position of the apartments is wonderful. The balcony is near the lake (not more than 10 meters from the border of the lake :)), the sun is hitting directly the apartment in the morning so it's a very pleasure early wakeup. The apartment we have stayed at was at the first floor, with stairs only. So not suitable for visitors with disabilities or difficulty to use the stairs. ALL WAS WONDERFULL
