My wife and I spent three wonderful days at this property in July and were very satisfied with our stay. Check-in was smooth and easy, thanks to the clear instructions provided by the host. A special thanks for arranging a parking spot for us — although the building doesn’t have its own parking, a space had been reserved for us at a nearby beach complex just across the road, which was extremely convenient. The apartment itself was clean, with fresh and tidy bed linen. The kitchen, though compact, was fully equipped with everything we needed. We were lucky to get a unit with a large balcony — definitely a pleasant bonus. There’s a big supermarket nearby, and a cozy pizzeria located right on the ground floor of the building. The host was always available and responsive to our questions. Thank you for the warm hospitality and excellent service!

Lets start from location! The hotel located in the Yacht Club! When you opened windows you bumped to the yacht masts and sails . we were with a child so we really liked the heated pool, the pool can be said to have its own bar and they bring you drinks and snacks. The hotel provides bicycles with which you can ride to the beach or explore the town. hotel staff (in particular, the employee Rita served us, she was very nice, she thought about everything so that we would enjoy our stay. we arrived earlier and left later (of course we couldn't use the room, but we used the swimming pool, bathrobes, towels and bicycles and the parking lot even after check out time)

Then the friendliness and availability of our host was tireless in explaining everything to us how to go visit Venice. A beautiful place. We have rested here with our family for 2 times already. Similar to a club hotel in Turkey, but you live in your own house with parking and all amenities (including kitchenware, dishwasher and coffee machine). There is a private beach (the price includes two sun beds and an umbrella). there is a swimming pool and a restaurant on site, a small shop. Children's animation in season. There are shops, cafes and restaurants 2 kilometers away. Also close to the historic fishing town of Chioggia.
