We stayed in the apartment for one night, we were passing through. But the apartment is also ideal for a whole vacation, a family with children, there is a separate bedroom and a sofa in the kitchen-studio. There are all the necessary appliances and utensils (stove, refrigerator, 2 air conditioners, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing and drying machine, TV), there are wardrobes, a lot of space. We liked the small terrace. At our request, Lino met us at the airport (20 euros), we had a late arrival in Fiumicino, Lino really helped us. He was also constantly in touch, helped to call Taxi to Rome. Location: 10 minutes from the airport by taxi, 3 minutes to the beach. Cleanliness at the highest level. Breakfast consisted of a set of tea, coffee, milk, croissants, crackers, portioned jam, nuts paste. Breakfast was already in the apartment upon check-in, very convenient, especially considering that we arrived at the apartment late in the evening, straight from the plane, so breakfast was useful immediately upon arrival. Check-out is easy and convenient, leave the keys in the mailbox. Hope to go back there again!

couldn’t fault the property at all the host was lovely enough to stay up and let us in after hours when our plane was delayed she kept in contact and made sure we knew where to go and what to do, property was fantastic great balcony view and every room had great character all in all if we’re ever going to be in Rome again we would definitely book this place everything was just perfect
