What can I say. Superb does not even come close. Anja's communication and assistance to make our stay even more special. The rooms are brand new, comfortable and also look beautiful. The roof terrace was a bonus and we had a lovely Prosecco there - "on the house". The location in town is perfect, central but not noisy. Breakfast was excellent too.

Breakfast was great, the rooms are modern and nicely furnished and the staff was very friendly. Parking was available and is important for the area. Overall we had a great stay.

Breakfast - absolutely fantastic! Never had better breakfast in italy. The staff - so attentive, always present, always lending a hand, felt like we were staying at a friends house not a hotel. The views from the terrace where you can have your morning coffee - worth thousands per stay. All and all - perfection! Highly recommend it!

I absolutely loved the location of Kriss Hotel in Bardolino. Situated right on the shores of Lake Garda, the views were breathtaking. amazing breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff that can speak many languages! great location, and private grassy sun lounger area is really perfect. I was worried about it being near the road, but it's not a massive issue, being near the lake is well worth it
