Staff were great, very helpful and friendly. The room was tidy and new, and the bathroom was nice. The soundproofing was relatively good, a little noise did come through from the common area and adjacent rooms, but not enough to bother me. The air conditioning was excellent in the July heat. It was a short walk to a big area of restaurants, bars, and shopping. Also about a 10 to 15 minute walk to the train station and a short train ride to the islands of Venice.

The hotel surprised me. I wasn't expecting such a big, comfortable room and such friendly staff. The breakfast was also great.

The staff were helpful and welcoming. The rooms were lovely with everything we could need. The fridge was well stocked and reasonably priced. The bed was comfortable and we had a cute little balcony with our double room. Our sons were in a lovely spacious twin room. The bathrooms were clean, and well equipped with some really lovely scented shower gel.
