we had an amazing experience at relais mermaid luxury suite! giuseppe was a responsive host, he sent us all the important info and was ready to help us with our needs. the location is truly exceptional: just a short walk from piazza del plebiscito and the royal palace, and from our balconies you have the most beautiful and peaceful view of the sea! we also loved the taste in the design of the room and the furniture, and even the tea cups were beautiful. everything was just great, and since they say you go to naples and then you want to come again, we'll make sure to stop here for the night if that happens!

We stayed at InSogno for a week (room 401) and this is one of the best hotels we ever stayed (and we have stayed at dozens all over Europe). Spotlessly clean, modern interior, great bathroom and bed, very good and free wifi, free softdrinks, great location next to via chaia, via toledo, via partenope. Taxi at 200 meters walk, several great restaurants directly in the neigboorhood. If ever we go back to Napoli we will surely stay at InSogno's.
