The apartment is very close to Avola beach, Pantanello and other beaches are in 5 mins walk. Tonino has been exceptionally caring and kind, we got complimentary mineral water and umbrella on the very hot Sunday we arrived (shops were closed or further). He offered all kind of help we needed and were available at all time. He’s definitely making sure his guests enjoy their time in Avola. Greatly recommended place to stay at!

Brand new structure, very close to the beach and the city center, with a particular attention to details. The owner is very friendly and always ready to give you assistance. The view is fantastic, the room is very clean and comfortable, must be tried!

New, very nice and clean room with bathroom and balcony/terrace. Beds were comfortable. Owners are very nice, friendly and welcoming. We had very rich gluten free breakfast. Beach is within very short walking distance, around 50m, nice restaurant nearby. Close to Syracusa. The owner gave us tips for very good restaurants. If we travel to Sicily, I will come back.

The hotel had a very nice staff, everyone was really helpful, room was perfectly clean and had a great balcony view, there was also a beautiful rooftop terrace!
