This was fantastic. Staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. Breakfast was more than adequate and exactly as described. The beach and pool were 3 minutes away across the road. The pool was lovely and the facilities at the beach area were excellent and again very friendly staff. Beach loungers and umbrella were included with the hotel package (as was breakfast). We had dinner at the beachside restaurant several times during our stay which was really good. Prices were much better than expected and a lot less than Salerno and Amalfi. Salerno is about 9 miles away and there is a reliable but not very regular bus service about 200m away. This was less than 2 euros to get in to Salerno. From Salerno, ferries to Amalfi were regular and reasonable (24 euros return).

Great pool, nice staff, beach across the road. The beach owned by this hotel is longer that the beach for the whole city of Amalfi. If you want to enjoy Campania like a local this is the place to stay in. Staff were great. Not many English speakers here, which is not a problem if you are ready to try some basic phrases from a translation app.

Hotel Ancora offers beachfront accommodation, a 15-minute drive from Salerno centre. It has beautiful sea-view terraces, modern rooms, a 24-hour bar and a restaurant and pizzeria.

Great big apartment located near the beach and plenty of restaurants. The host, Alfonso was amazing throughout our visit. The private boat trip along the Amalfi coast he offered was an amazing experience with cocktails, prosecco and great stories. Would highly recommend it. Thank you
