Owners were lovely and welcoming. They kept in contact to ensure we was all ok. The property was lovely and clean.

Set on Sabaudia's long stretch of white sandy beaches, the Oasis offers a wellness centre, and classic rooms with a balcony. Circeo National Park is a 15-minute drive away, and parking is free.

The check in procedure was smooth, staff helpful. There are two sections to the building. One the main hotel on the beach and a second across the road with lagoon access a swimming pool, gym, pickle courts etc

Hotel Le Dune overlooks its own private beach and is 1 km from Sabaudia’s town centre.

My husband and I travelled to San Felice and stayed at CircEea Beach B&B. The B&B is in a great position, very clean and comfortable room. Parking on site fantastic. Breakfast on the terrace in the sunshine was the best way to start the day. I think Paolo is famous for his breakfast, you could,nt ask for more. So much to see and and do and Poalo is a great help in guiding you.

This little hidden gem is a place we plan on returning to. The accommodation was immaculate and the people were the best hosts we've encountered. The breakfast was delicious and well prepared. The recommendation of places to eat dinner was spot on and made the trip even more memorable. The friendly dogs were an added bonus. This place should definitely be higher rated as its one of the best of our 6 places we stayed at.

The breakfast was excellent . Buffet with a huge variety of breads, croissants and toppings. It is on the beach and lovely for swimming.

We had an amaizing experience, room was very clean, the entrance with a great atmosphere. Really friendly staff and very helpfull. Great breakfast and especially great morning coffee. It’s location minutes away from the beach and it was a great pleasure staying there. Highly recommend!!

Breakfast was great. They have an exceptional chef for cakes. At morning you wake up with the sweet smell of pie. They have few cats and dogs in the structure which offer a sort of free pet therapy. They are well nourished and well kept. They make a friendly family oriented atmosphere.
