First thing we've noticed getting into to the room was an amazing smell:) we immediately knew this was a good place. The rooms were just beautiful, with comftorable beds, and in general it seemed they were in a really good condition, almost new. Vittoria was very nice and attentive and helped us in everything we needed, and even gave us a bit more time in the room after checkout time without extra charge. location is amazing with only 5 min walk to the center of the old city, and even has a parking lot right next to the building ( 25 euros for 24hr) Don't think twice and book your room

My wife loves the sea, so having a room so close to the lapping waves was great for her. No other noises close by. The whole theme of like being on a yacht is very original, with some interesting naval pieces as part of the decor. Breakfast was very good and quasi personalised. The views were great, even in bad weather. They even made my wife a birthday cake, out of their own volition, at no extra cost, which actually saved my day 😂. (thanks Lidia). The hosts are very accommodating.

Room was very clean, spacious, bright and quiet. It has very nice and unique character with beautiful tiles. Entire property is on lemon farm. Breakfast was excellent with home grown products, amazing freshly squeezed orange juice just picked from the trees in their garden. Home made lemon and orange jam/marmalade is amazing and breakfast is prepared right in front of you. Breakfast area is so lovely in the garden surrounded by lemon tries. It's non-smoking facility. Very close (about 5 min walk) from train/bus station, about 10 min walk from the port. Area is very quiet and safe, there is Carabinieri station 100m away. We did not have time to try their cooking and limoncello class. Staff was amazing and very keen to help and all of them spoke good English. We loved the place and would really recommend it!!!

The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. The room and view were perfect and very comfortable. The restaurant had some of the best food we ate in our 9 days of traveling in Italy, including being better than a Michelin restaurant we went to in Tuscany. This was better.
