Breakfast was good, a nice variety of desserts and food, I was only disappointed that the coffee was from an automatic machine rather than fresh from a barrista/coffee bar. long breakfast hours and lots of variety - staff upstairs at the desk were super helpful and friendly.

Maria has been super friendly, she recommended few places in Sperlonga (bar - restaurants ). The location of the house is perfect, 5min away from the nearest beach and 10min away from Sperlonga city center. It is a perfect new cosy house for a summer holiday.
