This is an amazing B&B. Monica is the perfect host, nothing is too much trouble. It was a pleasure to meet her. The views of the lake from the lovely garden are even better than in the photos. We had a lovely, quiet and comfortable room. A delicious breakfast in the garden was such a treat. It is in a great position in the old town. We are so pleased that we chose this B&B.

Amazing accomodation! The apartment is right on the lake, extremely clean, and has everything you could possibly need. Felt like home! The host was super lovely and always quick to reply. I will most definitely be back!

The welcome from all the staff on arrival was absolutely 100% after a weary journey from Ireland by air and train/taxi… the owner/principal (Bruno) was excellent with plenty of advice and assistance with getting into nearby Passignano sul Trasimeno… we will be forever thankful to Hotel Kursaal for making our stay in Italy very memorable and fulfilling! Fab staff, nice caravan, pool was excellent, the kids LOVED the slides, I loved the spa section, different depths, was lovely and quiet at certain points in the day. Restaurant was great, handy shop, good gelato, beautiful lake (to look at) great kids play areas, felt safe, close to train station and free shuttle from station
