What I love most about this hotel is the people. The staff is young, energetic, and always ready to help with whatever you need. It truly feels like home here. The location is also excellent - just a few steps from the city center, yet still peaceful thanks to the nearby lake. The restaurant is also outstanding.

Charming hotel in a great location (by the lake and in the city center). The staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was available for a fee near the hotel at public parking spots or in the hotel's parking lots, one of which was next to the hotel (€18 per day) and the other further away (€9 per day). If you spend the day hiking and come back only in the afternoon and leave early, the cheapest option is to park at the public parking spots by the lake, where parking is free at night. We mostly used this option, only once leaving the car in the €9 hotel parking lot (about 600 meters from the hotel). Breakfast was plentiful and included both savory and sweet options. We liked that the hotel had a good value-for-money restaurant where we could have dinner. However, if desired, there are many other dining options nearby. We were very satisfied with our stay.

Hotel Geier is situated on the beachfront in Nago-Torbole, 100 metres from Al Cor Beach and 30 km from Castello di Avio.

Firstly we were late to check in as our flight was delayed and owners/manager stayed up late and sorted us a parking place. Genuinely even though we spoke different languages the owners/ staff seemed to care. Also imagine first week of school holidays and no one or only a few people using the pool with the views of the mountains. Great location to explore Lake Garda and water sports on doorstep or a small drive to various centres, can try everything. For school holidays this is a great option. Great little tunnel to avoid road. Also we visited Venice by Road as well as the Dolomites. Hotel exceeded expectations as long as you are realistic in them.
