We loved everything here. Very charming property by the beach with really beautiful furnitures and very comfortable. The staff is amazing, they are caring, they do everything for you to feel good and have the best experience. They spot every detail for you. The chef deserves a micheline star. The food experience was delicious. It is the perfect place to recharge. Thank you to the staff of kalkudah beach house for making this place a wonderful moment for us.

One of the most friendly people we have ever met. The place Coastal Villa in Kallady, Batticaloa turned out to be one of the most beautiful places we've been in Sri Lanka. Very calm and outstanding clean. Not only the room and the atmosphere but especially the householder Jutha and his family were taking the best care of everything I needed. For us it was a real pleasure to stay there on our Journey. If you have the chance to stay there, just do it, nobody would regret. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were amazing and huge by the way. Everything was perfect – the place is incredibly quiet and peaceful, with everything brand new and spotlessly clean. The staff were super friendly and welcomed us with ice cream, which was such a sweet touch! The food was delicious, and the location is just a short walk from the seaside. We had the beach almost entirely to ourselves – such a rare and relaxing experience. Highly recommended if you’re looking for tranquility and comfort!

Location is really close to the beach, which offers insights to local fishing in the morning. The distance to town is walkable, but otherwise the host helps with a tuktuk ride. The accomodation lays in an authentic living area. I had a really good time there, the host was very friendly and there to help anytime.

We were the only guests because it is off season right now. The owners are absolutely lovely, we had a great dinner and A very tasty breakfast! They are very animal friendly (which we loved). The little cabin stands beside coconuttrees, you can hear the ocean and it has a very nice Terrasse to sit in and enjoy a cup of tea. The Beach is very nice, Although it was stormy and Not very clean (off season) but we were the only ones and it was very very nice! We can really recommend to stay at cocoville

Nice secluded location, new building, clean and comfortable, great view from verandah over palms to ocean. Breakfast plentiful and staff very friendly and helpful I think we were first westerners to stay here and provide objective review. Read others and make your own conclusions.
