The family is super friendly.They make me breakfast and dinner.they helped me with anything I needed.please do not hesitate to book this room .If you want to meet a Sri Lankan family that way is .I give 11 /10 . The breakfast and dinner was very delicious .The room very clean has A/C the internet very good too.The old Dutch Fort it's only a few mins walk .The turtle hatchery is as well very close . Perfect location if you want to have sea and beach a few meters away. Saman and his family were really friendly and helpful and took good care of us. Prepared delicious breakfast to start the day. Room was very clean, had a roof fan, A/C, and hot water. Beach chairs outside, as well as outside shower to wash the sea salt off 😄

We stayed here for 4 nights and we loved it. The place does not pretend anything, it has a bed, it has a beach and it has the most beautiful sunset view. Indika is very friendly and helpful. What a wonderful place to stay . The house is simple and rustic. It has everything you need and nothing that you don’t ! The beach was beautiful, almost like a private beach and you fall asleep to sound of the waves crashing on the sand. There are a few beach bar /restaurants on the beach if you fancy a change, and good local shops outside on the road. Shehan is the perfect host,nothing is too much trouble , his mums cooking is second to none and the best meals we’ve had in Sri Lanka. Absolutely 5 stars for everything .
