We only stayed for two nights but we had a great welcome at this place! They have a very kind staf and nice rooms. We even got a free upgrade to the superior room. The view over the ocean is so beautiful. But since the sea is so rough it's not possible to go for a swim. Luckily they have a pool for a refreshing dive! The service was excellent: Vijey did a superb job and always had a huge smile. He prepared some great dishes with fresh products: delicious grilled chicken and nice nasi goreng with seafood. And at the breakfast we really loved his mangoshake. Altough there is a lot of littering along the coastline you should definitely take a walk at the beach: the waves are so amazing and you'll get a beautiful view of the skyline of Colombo. And if you're lucky, you will be escorted by the two friendly dogs of the hotel. We really enjoyed our short stay here!

I had such a wonderful stay at Sun Villa.. Everything was completely clean and well taken care of, which made it so comfortable. The privacy was 💯, so I could truly relax and unwind. The pool was amazing for lounging and enjoying some quiet time, and the food was really good. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, making me feel right at home. Honestly, it was the perfect escape, and I can’t wait to come back....

I recommend this place because is very peaceful and the location is great. The room is very big and beautiful, it is very confortable. The breakfast is wonderful, full of fruits, toasts, juice... The family was so good and kind from the beginnig that i feel so thankful with them. At that moment I was waiting for my indian eVisa and they helped me a lot with the airport and the booking ticket and the phone calls. I will never forget them.
