Otis Reading wasted time sitting and watching over a bay. He would have loved to waste time here. As did I Came for 2 nights stayed a week. Feels like a homestay. Run by the kindest and most helpful family. Don’t worry the rooms are private. Especially the smaller lower room. Both have their own little courtyard to hang out in. We had the bigger room with our family with small children. Nice big beds. Brand new AC. Spacious and clean bathroom. Breakfast was really nice but we like to explore a bit more so we skipped it after a few days. This bay is still a small village now. Just enough bars and restaurants to keep it from being too silent. And a surprising high quality of those. Check my other reviews for tips. The local tuktuk guys can bring to the busy more famous beaches in the area in notime for a fear price. They also pick you back up to bring you home safely. Way better than hoping the uber/pickme guy doesn’t cancel again. Small details: A cleanup of the room is nice when staying longer. The black dogs are super nice but the white once barks. It should learn to behave. Don’t expect luxury, do expect value for money. I’ll remember this place for a long time. As always, everybody gets five stars

Beautiful spot, just opened in Hirikeitya. the rooms are fun and a bit quirky and has all the amenities we could expect and more. The couple running the place is the cherry on top, always making sure every detail is perfect. Delicious breakfast, super clean pool and located with about 10 min walk to center if Hirikeiya and the beach.

Fantastic place with hosts that genuinely understand and care about guests and have created a magic place to stay that reflects this. The place to stay in Tangalle. I had to cancel one night in order to get an emergency passport and they didn't charge me cancellation fee. The hosts have thought about and prepared the place with thoughts about guests and not just making money. Would stay again definitely when in Tangalle next. It is a fantastic place to stay with funky colored rooms and little outdoor area and restaurant.

The location being right on the beach was the highlight of this spot for us, being able to walk along the beach first thing in the morning and watch sunrise and sunset each day. Food was incredible too. And the staff were incredibely friendly and warm.

Clean rooms, clean garden, clean area, all day the hotel staff are working the keep everything clean and nice. If you are at Sri Lanka you know how rare the clean hotels. This is one of the few of the places where you feel the cleanest . Friendly and very kind owner !

Loved the Very spacious room with huge balcony overlooking the beautiful garden. The pool is super nice and ultra clean. It's only a 1min walk to a stunning beach and there is a lovely safe spot to swim. The breakfast was great and served a big mug of the best coffee we have had in 4 weeks. Everything was perfect and the family that run it are super kind and thoughtful. We will be putting this place on our must return list.

Gorgeous room which was really big, bright and clean. Great location close to Hiriketiya beach. The host had thought of everything, laundry, extra water, breakfast. Great stay!
