Beach Hotels in Kotor

The Hotel is located in the most beautiful scenic part of Kotor. It's a beautiful, clean and aesthetically pleasing hotel with the most friendly and helpful staff. The room exceeded my expectations with an incredible view of the bay. My partner was welcomed with a complimentary desert and bottle of wine for his birthday. We had a lovely stay and will 100% recommend.

Perfect location if you need to use the bus station, very close to the old town. The staff was friendly and helpful. All the areas were clean at all times. Bunk beds are comfortable and with privacy.

The location is unbeatable – right on the Bay of Kotor, with all balconies facing the water and offering breathtaking views. Vika went above and beyond to ensure we had a perfect experience. Great view and nice space! Highly recommended

Building is away from a busy road and therefore peaceful which we like. Birdsong very nice as plenty of trees around with very good views of the Bay of Kotor . We enjoyed watching the cruise ships arriving and departing. We use buses so it is convenient for bus stops both directions, which are just down the short lane from the accommodation. There is a small shop within 10 minutes walking along the idyllic beach front. There are a few supermarkets en route to Kotor itself so no need to go into Kotor where it can be very busy with traffic and tourists. Alexander, the host, was efficient in telling us information about the buses and amenities in the surrounding area. The apartment we had for 4 nights was stylish, spacious and we were able to cook on the hob. We didn't use the dishwasher as the sink area is adequate. We walked to St George church about a mile away or so. We also caught a Blueline bus to Perast which is very picturesque but can be heavy with tourists, just like Kotor, so choose your time! It all depends what type of holiday you want, although lying on a beach sunbathing and swimming is obviously a delight here at certain times of the year. There are boat trips, walking possibilities and scenic sightseeing in this area. The village is called Orahovac which is a charming, quiet - through road traffic notwithstanding - an unassuming place which stands in stark contrast to the surging tourist crowds of Kotor town and Perast ( mainly from the cruise ships that dock in the Bay every day) so it depends on what you want from a holiday on the Bay of Kotor.

Wonderful staff and service. Fantastic view from our Hotel room. Familiar feel, calm and quiet. 30 minute walk to old town Kotor. Staff was very helpful and kind. Breakfast was great. Nice little garden to eat in. Pool area intimate and private. We where able to lend bikes for free which was super convienient. A small supermarket close by and several restaurants by the sea within walking distance. All and all, a great holiday retreat. We can really recommend this hotel.

The owner is very friendly and helpful. Although we arrived late, he welcomed us at the door, showed us the parking lot and accompanied us to our room. Very warm-hearted. Our studio was great. A perfect sea view. Clean and has everything you need. The location is between Tivat and Kotor. So perfect for a holiday. Thank you for everything!

It is an absolutely luxury hotel with second to none services.  Every detail of the hotel is well thought out, eye-catching and exudes quality. What maximizes the experience is the immense professionalism of all the staff, who made us feel that everything was about our relaxation. Willy and Lalo listened to our every wish. :) Even during our stay we were wondering when we would return. Thank you so much for an unforgettable experience! We recommend it to everyone!
