You get an amazing view. This was our priority. Facilities are not newest but everything works as expected. We were traveling with car, so location was great for us. Shop and restaurant is like in 10-15 minutes. We checked-in late so host helped for us to have coffee and tea for first morning. There was no direct sun to the balcony so it wasn't too hot. We had some troubles with facilities, but contacted the host via whatsapp and everything was fixed in like 30 minutes.

It is an absolutely luxury hotel with second to none services.  Every detail of the hotel is well thought out, eye-catching and exudes quality. Our stay at Martiva was perfect! When we arrived, Neno (the owner) met us in a very friendly way, offered drinks and gave us some helpful hints about Kotor: best restaurants, shops and ofcourse the sights. The apartments have everything we needed: a kitchen to cook some food, a bathroom to take a shower and a cozy bedroom to have a great sleep at night. The place is just 50 meters from the sea and you can enjoy the stunning views from the terrace while drinking a cup of coffee in the morning: The sea to the left and the mountains to the right. If we ever come back to Kotor (I'm 99.9 sure that we will, as we fell in love with the vibe of the city) we will definitely call Neno to see if he can accommodate us again.

A very kindly lady looks after this property (with a lovely view to the bay) ...she kindly had an ipad translator ready (plus she brought a younger English speaking friend). A warm welcome makes for a great start to any stay. The idea that staying here would be quieter was so true (good 👍 tip from a review). Walking to wonderful kotor old town was a delight.
