I recently had the absolute pleasure of staying at the enchanting Hotel Le Suffren in Mauritius, and I must say, it was nothing short of magical. From the moment we stepped into the hotel, my daughter and I were transported to a world of pure elegance and grace. One of the true highlights of our stay was the culinary journey we embarked upon at the hotel's restaurant, where we had the privilege of being dazzled by the extraordinary sushi chef, Ritchy. His artistry with sushi was a revelation, and the flavors danced on our taste buds like a symphony. In fact, it's safe to say that this dining experience was the pinnacle of our culinary adventures in Mauritius. During our stay, a minor maintenance issue cropped up in our room. However, I was absolutely astounded by the swift and professional manner in which the duty manager addressed the situation. Not only did they resolve the issue with precision and care, but they also surprised us with a gracious refund for one night's stay. This unexpected gesture of goodwill touched our hearts deeply. Hotel Le Suffren is not just a place to stay; it's a haven of exceptional hospitality and grace. The staff's dedication to ensuring their guests' happiness is nothing short of extraordinary. I am profoundly grateful for the level of care and attention we received during our stay. If you're seeking a truly enchanting experience in Mauritius, I wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Le Suffren. The owner and Isabelle were absolutely fantastic and their messages and instructions were crystal clear. Sadly both of our mobiles could not pick up a roaming signal anywhere on the island at anytime Whilst the entrance gate is directly opposite the church the name of the property is not on the gates it is named "Elba" so it was a bit tricky to find and we spent 45 minutes locating it We loved the fact that Port Louis is a proper community with virtually no tourists whatsoever

The whole house is huge and and the perfect privacy of the whole place. The host Hedley is an amazing person very heart welcoming, Hedley gave me a full house tour and also a welcoming tour of the neighborhood (food stall, supermarket, the church and the beach). He had also prepared some amazing refreshment for us ❤️😍Best place to stay vary calm, peaceful and refreshing.

It is quite unusual to visit a place which is much more than just a very good place with good service. I do not have enough words to describe my satisfaction and gratitude to all the great people working in Westin Turtle Bay. They are not just kind and helpful - they are friendly above any expectations! Quality of the hotel - rooms, diversity of cusine, perfection in taste, views and the overall feeling of this place. We've been to many places around the world, but this hotel and it's stuff was far beyond what we've experienced so far. I can't mention by name all the great people who put a lot of effort in our time there, but I have to mention about Ms. Madelyn, Ms. Venisha and Ms. Partisha - thank you among all the others. Best beaches to visit near by is flic n flac, trombeau and tamarind for kayaking and snorkelling and other water sports. Complete value for money.

    This hotel had the best staff. They all were extremely helpful and accommodating. With a quick bus ride or taxi you in Port Louis. We had my sister's 25th wedding anniversary on the beach, and Nitshy the marketing manager assisted me all the way.

    Beautiful setting, the house is lovely with terrace opening to a large pool and garden. I could imagine someone writing a novel on an old-fashioned typewriter on the terrace, We stayed in the beach front bungalow with its little terrace directly over the ocean. Loved it, it's exactly as pictured! Good breakfast in the bar by the pool. Special mention to the staff, particularly to the lady who helped with first-aid when I cut my head opening my car-boot.

    All Staffs are very helpful. Prefect location for a family gateaway , they views from the hotel are spectacular especially the private beach and the free boat ride. Food from the menu was average but I liked their buffet dinner with live music. Overall it was a relaxing stay at the Cocotiers.
