Sanjay - the manager is incredible. He made our stay phenomenon. He really went the extra mile and I got emotional leaving. We had an unforgettable 4-nights stay at Met House. Joy was very responsive and thorough in WhatsApp correspondence, helping with airport boat booking and with any other enquiry during our stay. Guesthouse location on the island is perfect, right on the most beautiful spot of the beach. Sandy bikini beach equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas, hammocks. Paradise fishes, crabs, crystal clear turquoise water, ideal for snorkelling. Swim shoes are the must. We saw dozens of dolphins in a close proximity to the shore couple times. What really made our stay exceptional was the incredible staff. The team was so friendly, attentive, always present on premises, they went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Special and sincere thanks to Badil, your kindness, professionalism, and attention to every detail truly enhanced my experience. You are amazing! It’s rare to encounter such dedication, and I’m incredibly grateful for the care you showed. Our room had huge windows with sea view, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. The room doesn't have a TV, but who needs one when you can listen to the sound of the waves? Wifi was adequate. Shower was ok, warm water, desalinated, with a slight scent. We spent all days swimming and sunbathing, exploring the island, and enjoying the local cafes. Time flies different here, there’s no rush—just the gentle pull of time slowing down, allowing to completely unwind and enjoy yourself. Breakfast at Met House each morning was a treat, with a great variety of fresh fruit, also eggs, toasts and spreads. Overall, I highly recommend this place, and I can’t wait to return!

Amazing location, designed with taste, chilled and relaxed, the best beach on the island, kind of boutique, great friendly staff, all clean, free water, coca cola, coffee, tea all day. I would come again!

This hotel received us during the worst rainstorm in the island, we are very grateful for that. Then, we booked other 2 nights with them and highly recommend it, breakfast was very good. We ve been many places in the world, and ABU (the manager) was one of the most helpful and friendliest guy we ever met. A tipical Beach house, chill vibe all around the island, shops are open late night (pharmacy as well) superb snorkling tour, couldn t ask for more...(kids loved it too:)

I can’t recommend Kahanbu enough. Beautiful small guest house. 100m from the crowded tourist scene but a whole world away with its own quiet, beautiful beach, relaxed vibe and calm, stunning gardens. Perfect for snorkelling, swimming and perfect view on the surf at Chickens. Giulia was the perfect host and made us feel like part of the family.

The staff was very discreet yet so sweet. Each one of them was extremely nice and so helpful. The installations were very nice and clean too, breakfast was included. I will definitely stay there again if I I come back to Thudusloo.

Absolutely extraordinary customer service. The kind that you rarely see anywhere at this price range. Everyone smiles, helps you, and everyone seems determined to make your stay wonderful. The infinity pool and its area is amazing! One of the best I've seen at this price range. The food way exceeded our expectation! Huge variety, THEMED dinners almost every day, (e.g. Sri Lankan dinner, Maldivian night, BBQ garden etc.) but there were always at least 5-6 main course and plus desserts to choose from. The chef was personally present at the dinners and on some nights they made the food in front of you to your liking! This hotel is simply extraordinary. Hard to see how you would find better at this price. You get resort-hotel-level experience at almost budget hotel price
