Large area with a great outdoors space. Definitely a great place to stay if you are visiting the bay of islands, which was one of my favorite places in New Zealand. We had one room with a lot of area, and another with very little area, so that was interesting.

The location is amazing with a wonderful sea view. The apartment is big for 2 People. The room is comfortable. Tea, Coffee, hot chocolate and even Milk are kindly provided. All restaurants are very near.

Incredible location and super friendly staff. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Balcony/Terrace with a really nice view of the waterfall and lake. Kayaks were available free of charge and staff at reception gave wonderful tips for local sightseeing. Showers also had the highest water pressure I had yet to experience - very comfortable!

    We loved the location right on the beach. The staff were really friendly and always available to assist. We were in a front facing apartment with ocean/ beachfront view that was a knockout. The rooms were very clean and bedrooms were spacious. Both bathrooms were also very clean with plenty of towels. Kitchen had all the facilities required to self serve.

    Right on the beach and only a short walk over to Paihia town. 2nd floor rooms with the concrete walls and balustrade balcony meant it was enclosed and safe for our baby to crawl around. Full kitchen was also great for convenience.
